How can I make sure I have completed my order correctly?

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email within one hour. If you do not receive it, please contact our customer service department. Additionally, to confirm that your order was successfully completed, the "Thank you for your order" page should appear after the payment step (step 3).

How much will the shipment cost me?

Hellas

Shipping to Greece costs € 6.00 and is done with ACS COURIER.

For orders in Inaccessible areas, shipping costs cost +2 €, which are added after telephone confirmation!

For cash on delivery orders, shipping cost € 6.00 + € 1.20!

For orders over 70 € there is NO extra charge! (Free delivery)

EU countries

For overseas shipments, charges vary by weight. In this case you will be informed via email or phone about the charge.

Is it safe to place my order online?

Is it safe to use my credit card on the site?

Yes, the data is transferred in SSL encrypted format. Only Ces (Secure E-Commerce) transactions are accepted for payment with Visa and Mastercard. The system will contact the issuing bank so that the buyer can approve the payment. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the debit on the card will be processed. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

How many days does it take to deliver an order?

The delivery process can take up to 1-3 working days from the day of execution. Delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am. until 18.00 p.m. for Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Larissa and throughout Crete (prefectures of Heraklion, Chania, Lassithi and Rethymnon). For the rest of Greece, the delivery times of the respective Transport Company are valid
