Return-Product replacement
The online store www.dimitrabags.gr guarantees your maximum satisfaction in terms of quality and price. If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his order, he can return the product he bought, within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised exclusively by the customer and in no case by the recipient of the donation. The product must be accompanied by a photocopy of the retail receipt or consignment note if invoiced.
Returned products, in order to be accepted, must be intact, with the correct packaging, just as they were sent to the customer. EVENING BAGS, BELTS, GLOVES AND SCARFS ARE NOT CHANGED. The customer should first contact us, stating the reason for returning the product. Shipping costs for returns are not covered by the online store.
The product must be in its original form, as sent to the customer, with all its cards as well as the documents that accompanied it during shipping.
It is not possible to return products that belong to the "offers" category.
It is also not possible to return products purchased and received from the Dimitrabags physical store.
After the return is approved, the amount will be refunded by credit to a bank account you indicate to us, or by credit to PAYPAL.
